Navigation bar

I don't think the overlay navigation bar is usefull. I think it is better to have a good and clean sidebar than additional navigation tools.

The site and the forum need a contact page. Today i went to the forum and i get the following message: "You have been banned from this forum. Please contact the webmaster or board administrator for more information.". But, there is no form to contact the webmaster or board administrator.

You are right. How come you have been banned ? Are you still banned now ? :O Strange, there is nothing banned on the forums.
