Some future changes we're thinking about putting into 0.8.18+:

  • New network architecture
  • QT-based GUI
  • Complete documentation of all code



I'd like to question the habit of naming all changes improvements. Bugfixes are. No question. Changes in hitpoints, hunger or building sizes like they are introduced in beta4 are no improvements by them selfs and still have to prove to be accepted as improvements by the players if we get feedback at all. In my eyes, increasing range is quite the opposite as it goes against the principle of local power that i very much like. --Giszmo 17:38, 1 January 2009 (CET)
